Rules of the terraces

1. The tea house behind the site

These terms govern your use of mistyteaterrace.com ("Misty Tea Terrace", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of mistyteaterrace.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may climb the hill

Only users aged 19 or over may use Misty Tea Terrace. Using it is your confirmation that you are 19 or over.

3. Coins from the leaf tin

• The coins used in the games are handed out free of charge.
• A coin from the leaf tin has no monetary value and is not money, credit or property.
• Coins can never be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. Nothing can be bought in the app.
• The terraces offer no prize of any real-world value.
• Coins, levels and features may be adjusted or reset by the tea house at any time.

4. Real-money gambling has no place here

Real-money gambling is neither offered nor promoted on the terraces of Misty Tea Terrace, and no link leads to a gambling operator.

5. Your tea tin

• Camellia Veranda and Sencha Falls need a free account. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
• Your password stays with you alone. If someone else has got into your account, tell the tea house without delay.
• Your account page lets you delete your account whenever you wish. It goes immediately and cannot be brought back.
• The tea house may suspend an account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe is held by someone under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions sit in the account’s tea tin, are never your property, and may be reset.

6. Fair use of the terraces

Never try to disrupt the site, run automated tools against it, offer coins for trade, or allow anyone under 19 to use it.

7. Uptime and responsibility

The site is offered on an ‘as is’ basis. We may alter or remove any part of it. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights stay as they are.

8. The law over the hill

Ontario provincial law, and the federal law of Canada as it applies in Ontario, governs these rules of the terraces.
